When will my order arrive?
Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3 business days for your order to process and 2 to 10 business days for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 2 to 10 business days (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
What if I am not home when the package is delivered?
Anyone at your house can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually (but not always) the postal worker will leave a collection slip if no one is home and you may collect your package at your nearest post office. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages
How do I track my order?

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.
How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee
Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.
