Shipping varies by location. These are our estimates:

TRACKING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3 business days for your order to process and 2 to 10 business days for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 3 to 15 business days (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
For logistical reasons, products in the same order may be sent in different packages even if you specified combined shipping.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
LOST MAIL
We recommend buying our lost mail insurance in case the postal carrier loses your mail. Our insurance only covers mail that has not been scanned as "delivered" by USPS, FedEx, or your local postal service.
PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Track Order Page.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@merchandiseplug.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
RETURNS
By placing an order on our site, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our office. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
